Karl Wendlinger in the Blancpain Series!
Participants drive a Mercedes SLS AMG GT3, Team CRC and partners – Kumpen & Wauters – come from Belgium
In addition to his new professional role as a Mercedes-AMG brand ambassador and instructor Karl Wendlinger has now added a new sporting challenge: The ex-Formula 1 driver denies this year with a Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 “Blancpain Endurance Series” – start to the season in two weeks in Monza!
Wendlinger will compete in this championship with the Belgian team, “CRC” – where he meets old friends: Some of Othmar Welti, who accompanied him as a race engineer in recent years, and his new partner, Anthony Kumpen, many years one of his opponents in the FIA GT1 World Championship.
