All’s well that ends well! Klaus Bachler secured the final of the ATS Formula 3 Cup at the Hockenheim Ring 3rd in the league and rank 2 in the Sonax Rookie Cup – and all without his intervention. . .
Because of the Styrian remained without points on both days: Yesterday, it was only No. 9, he resigned today after a power loss out prematurely.
That has Klaus Bachler be quite different – he came with much optimism after Hockenheim, in the end he stood there empty-handed.

This morning, Klaus took P3 in qualifying – a good starting position so for the last race of the year. With his Dallara Mercedes URD of racing he held this position until the half time before a drive shaft broke and had to give up Klaus.
Something similar happened to him yesterday – there was still at least P 9 After he had put down a good qualifying, he started the penultimate round of the
third position, awarded every chance of a top position but by the third curve: after a racing incident with the Dutchman Jeroen Jul (“He was just dead in my corner, I have not seen him”) he came off the track and found again as the last. Bachler struggled but then after lap after lap before – 9th place and he missed a place in the points but barely.
